I don't remember the 1979 Malibu, unless that was Uncle Ed's. :?:

It was. I owned it for a stint also. I believe 3 of his cars made their way to my ownership for a spell. The others were the 94 Buick and the blakc Olds 88.

You need to go back and edit your original list when you think of more.

I just realized as my Buick was sold today, that I never posted it on my list until today. Now I'm in search of Number 40! What could it be...

New to list is #40- 1998 Saturn SL2 with a 5spd and leather. 120k miles, it's a real nice car mechanically, and in good shape all around. Bought it today from a guy in Girard. This car is real clean, underneath, like a car from the South. I realized that my Buick Regal GS was real clean underneath too. I'm going to start buying my used cars from south of Cleveland. It seems there's a lot less salt used down there and the cars look much nicer from the bottom up.

Pictures to come...

No. :D Not mine. That car was donated to the charity where WXO and I used to turn wrenches. I just restored it.

Got egg on my face for the comments I made about Beetles in that tread. A GOOD OLD friend (went to kindergarten with this guy and we're still in touch) has a '69 Beetle convertible that he's about to start working on. Suggested he look at my Sprint project thread. Later remembered how I dissed the Beetle. Had to send him an "explanation". Haven't heard back yet ...

Sometimes the truth hurts. Hopefully he can get over it. You did after all restore a Beetle. It's not like you scrapped it out or put it in a demo derby.

32V, you need to update some of your times and descriptions... You have the most cars from the same year... 1957 - COOL.

OK, you asked for it. The 1955 210 two door stick six and the 1957 150 two door stick six were both Armour Meats Salesmen’s cars. Our neighbor was a salesman there and we had the inside track on the bidding. I worked at Forbes Road Auto Body and painted them, drove them for a while and then sold them. The 1955 210 I had as a college freshman, the 1957 150 I drove as a sophomore. My folks provided me with the 1958 Impala convertible while I was still in college and I kept it after we were married. After many years I traded my tired convertible to my Father for his sweet 1957 Cadillac Coupe Deville. Arlene12v bought a 1957 Chevy 6 cylinder automatic and drove it through college and after we got married. The 1957 Ford Ranch Wagon was an automatic 312 v8 that I used for winter. Then I gave it to my Dad, he used it to move from his home in Warrensville Hts. to Walton Hills, when he was done with it he traded it for a snow tire.

You may have seen that 1969 Cadillac before, it was new when this photo was taken. That’s my Dad standing with Mostmint on the left and GMJohnny on the right. When this picture was taken there was no BasementPaul. :D
