I had studs on my first Mustang. It would throw sparks when I did donuts... and I've heard the studs blow out at speed, sounds like someone whacks your wheel well with a tack hammer. I probably won't race this one, it's not fast. It's got 175hp and 185 lbs of torque and it weighs over 4000 lbs... = high 17's. It's nothing but an investment.
